Here’s GX 136 for you! I know I’ve called a bunch of episodes my favorite so far, but this one takes the cake
(probably ate it too). Something about how Judai reacts after seeing his friends poof away, then eventually raging at Brron, and then getting chewed out by Shou… Yeah. Enjoy!
Judai’s breakdown and final turn is, without a doubt, one of my favorite scenes in the entire series.
I distinctly remember, when I was younger, recording the audio from that scene to it on ReplayMusic or something and playing it on my Ipod on occasion. Granted, I have no real understanding of Japanese(aside from here and there), but I remember most of it word-by-word (from the sub at the time) and play-by-play of that final turn. And that music….Amazing.
